Reann Ballslee took the crown this year. She took up the challenge of being a part of the nominees as a joke, but actually won the contest, voted through email. This year’s theme is “No One Has Swagger Like Us.” Ryan Allen (the original name of the drag queen) hosts the school’s Annual Drag Show as Reann and is in his senior year at George Mason.

A former female basketball player is suing Central Michigan University and women’s basketball coach Sue Guevara, alleging she terminated a scholarship because of differences in appearance and sexual orientation.

Heike was constantly harassed by her coach for not looking dykey. Shit you not. Heike has the scholaship official and the Board of Trustees on her side. Apparently Guevara has a history of ‘tude concerning girls who don’t look like lesbians. I’m all for girls not feeling the need to wear make up or not be made up all the time, but she made fun of her for having a boyfriend. That’s just dumb.
