fiona thinks my corgi is real
Thursday, July 15th, 2010At the shelter I used to work at, they did “safer” tests, testing dogs and cats on their ability to interact with other people, live in a shelter environment, and (for dogs) interact with other dogs in a friendly manner. For dogs they were nervous about, they used a stuffed animal that was the size of a lab and looked like a “pointer,” similar to this toy. The dog stands in a dominant posture with a straight back and its head erect.
My corgi is in an alert position, but I don’t think he’s very domineering with his short stature. Fiona thinks otherwise, and JP doesn’t know what to think of him at all. Yaayyy puppies as presents!
